The Bowling Green State University, College of Business will provide the keynote. Keynote speakers are well-known presenters from the Bowling Green State University College of Business. Gene Poor, Ph.D., is a serial entrepreneur and University professor. He is the Hamilton Endowed Professor of Entrepreneurship. Kirk Kern is the director of the Dallas-Hamilton Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership.
In a panel discussion, representatives from the region’s community colleges and universities will discuss how they work with business and industry to educate the next generation of smart, nimble business leaders. The panel will include Barry Kinsey, Director of Workforce Development at Monroe County Community College; Ann Theis, Dean of Business Information and Public Services at Owens Community College; Beth Hannam, Manager of Business and Industry Training at Terra State Community College; and a representative from Lourdes University.
