Required Meeting – Application for Transportation Services

Non-profit organizations, governments, and transit agencies interested in applying for funds to help purchase handicap accessible vans or other transportation services are asked to attend a mandatory, informational session on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at 2 p.m. The meeting will be held at TMACOG.

This request for applications is for transit agencies, governments, and non-profit organizations that are seeking capital or operations funding for transportation projects which will continue or increase access to transportation options for older adults or individuals with disabilities within Lucas and Wood counties. The amount of funding available to award is up to $209,728 for vehicles, and $4,671 for preventative maintenance. Completed applications must be received at TMACOG by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 2, 2018. Please submit two copies (one hard copy mailed or delivered, and one digital copy emailed) to:

The applications received will be reviewed by a subcommittee of TMACOG’s Public Transit Committee and will be fulfilled by both TMACOG and TARTA (Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority).
