For Nov. 21, 2006 Task Force Meeting: Ranking Sheet for remaining projects: Per Task Force decision, staff will score remaining projects and present at Nov 21 meeting for discussion.

However, if any Task Force member wishes to help rank: Open Excel sheet and save to your computer. Put scores in white boxes only (0-10 points with 10 being highest) in order to answer the question, "how well does this project meet this goal?". If a project has no value or negative value for a particular goal, that goal score should be 0.

Note: do not rank projects highlighted in dark gray (duplicates)
